Steve Herlocher

Steve Herlocher, GM and SVP Marketing, has 20 years of experience leading Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations Organizations for mid to large technology companies.

Steve joined USAN in 2015 where he is leading the omni-channel business unit, marketing, product, business development, and strategy. Steve is responsible for driving the next generation omni-channel business as well as setting the marketing and product strategy for the core business of USAN.

Steve was previously CMO of Jacada, Inc. from mid 2011 leading the creation and launch of Visual IVR as a recognized and successful product in the contact center space adopted by many organizations including Fortune 100 companies. Steve served as EVP of Sales and Marketing for Interactive Softworks, a Virginia based leader in customer experience technology solutions. Prior to that he was Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of Product Delivery at Jacada Ltd. He has more than 20 years of product management, operations and development experience in the contact center industry successfully managing large product P&Ls, launching new products, as well as managing mergers and acquisitions. He served as VP of Marketing and Product Management for Aspect Software where he led the marketing and product management efforts driving the product strategy team.

Steve holds a Bachelors of Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
