Web Application Developer

USAN delivers omni-channel customer engagement products and solutions to the contact center and beyond. We are hiring web application developer to join our growing team in Norcross, GA. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing customer engagement product solutions for the cloud, advancing their skillset, and enjoys working on a small product team in a fast-paced environment.  Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain product web UI components. You will work closely with other team members to integrate your components into the product to deliver new features and offerings.

UI/Full Stack Developer

USAN is currently looking for a .NET Developer with full stack experience developing ASP.NET Core, Web-Services and any other relevant C# exposure, with primary focus on front end development.

 

TLS SaaS Engineer

We are hiring a TLS SaaS Engineer to provide third-level private cloud-based Application Support for ACD and IVR systems and associated infrastructure. This role will be imperative in the implementation of new products/services into both a quality assurance environment as well as a production environment

Technical Writer

We are hiring a Technical Writer to interact cross-functionally with developers, management, and customer operations/support to produce/create top quality and clear documentation. This position requires strong writing skills and one year of experience using Microsoft Visio. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use and understand complex contact center software products and create user and reference manuals as required.

Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager exhibits solid leadership skills and ownership of expectations and deliverables required of the Operations Support Group. This candidate should have 3-4 yrs. of proven customer management and project coordination experience and a strong background in voice and data communications support through a 24 x 7 operations environment. USAN’s primary management tool is ServiceNow for Projects, incidents and Change – so prior experience is desired. An understanding of networking and telecommunications is a plus. This includes Call Centers, Interactive Voice Response and their components, configurations in cloud based environments. This candidate must be able to produce spreadsheets, presentations, and documents using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Also, candidate should be customer orientated with excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, take initiative, work independently, and be both adaptive and creative. Experience with establishing SLA’s with a background in service delivery and service support processes. This role requires the ability to develop, grow, and nurture positive relationships with designated customer organizations. In summary, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer’s expectations are met through close interaction with the customer and support groups delivering their service.

Systems Security Engineer

The System Security Engineer is responsible for the system and application engineering, implementation, and maintenance for USAN’s cyber security controls.   Concurrently, Systems Security Engineer will work with the Dev Ops team to provide support for USAN’s Sec Ops efforts which include both private cloud and public cloud Sec Ops implementation. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Dev Ops technologies such as orchestration, scripting,  CI/CD, etc. and exposure to cloud architecture such as AWS and Google. Experience in security automation through orchestration and automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform is desired.

Software QA Analyst

Software Developer - Entry Level
