Based out of Atlanta, GA, USAN is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect interested in helping our clients and prospects envision and design next generation customer engagement solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is innovative and comfortable presenting and brainstorming solutions with prospective clients. Working on a small team in a fast-paced environment your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and present both our product solutions as well as custom demonstrations that are envisioned with clients to transform their customer experience.

You must have solid experience with public cloud based environments (preferably AWS or GCP) as well as a strong background in communicating with prospects and clients. You must have web and api development experience as well as experience with delivering solution demonstrations. Your responsibilities will include owning key technical relationships and driving the ultimate success of prospect projects. You will be the “face of USAN” with key clients and drive discussions with senior technical leaders in those organizations. You will also be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges to drive input into USAN priorities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as the technical background to fluently interact and provide guidance and information to software developers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with business and technical teams at our prospects
  • Developing unique, compelling and exciting presentations and demonstrations of USAN and public cloud partner solutions
  • Delivering persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations to current and prospective clients
  • Steer complex projects with significant bottom-line impact

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of web, api, software or digital experience in a technical role.
  • 4+ years of experience in the design, coding and implementation of complex software systems
  • 4+ years working in a customer experience related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with two or more development languages such as Javascript (NodeJS), C#, Java, or Python
  • A technical undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related disciplines
  • Experience in supporting sales processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at the VP level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results.
  • Hands on development experience or full understanding of customer engagement solutions and process.
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans quickly
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization.
