Why Should You Attend?

A sponsored AWS Bootcamp is an opportunity to dive deep into the benefits of deploying the Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution. During this course, participants will learn the details of Amazon Connect, including how to leverage other AWS services like Lambda and Lex to extend functionality beyond that of a traditional contact center. The goal of this course is to provide you with a complete understanding of the core concepts related to the provisioning, configuration and management of Amazon Connect.

This course will also equip you with the knowledge of available integration methods to CRM systems, integrating chatbots and execution of Lambda functions to create call-flow integrations.

Agenda

The Bootcamp is a two-day event. Day One takes place in a classroom setting featuring instruction and demonstrations with a hands-on approach. Day Two is a free-form “builders Day” enabling you to create your own use case that is relevant to your business.

What Type of Experience Should You Have?

Whether you’re new to Amazon Connect or have been using the platform for a few months, this bootcamp is best suited for those in the contact center industry responsible for configuration and management of ACD, IVR, PBX, natural language understanding (NLU) and automatic speech recognition (ASR), reporting and analytics, call recording, sentiment detection, and desktop or dashboard GUI designs.

Previous experience with AWS and scripting/development is beneficial, but not required.
